About Stream The Team

Every Saturday the same question comes up: what channel is the game on, and do I have it? Between ESPN, ESPN+, the SEC Network, Peacock, Prime and whatever FOX is calling its app this year, it's a mess. This site answers it fast.

Stream The Team is a small independent site. No media company behind it, no cable deal. Just a fan who got tired of digging through five apps to find kickoff.

Where the data comes from

Schedules and TV networks come from ESPN's public schedule data and refresh a few times a day. We map each network to the services that carry it, then work out the cheapest set that covers your games, month by month, so you only pay when your team plays. The full price list is on the prices page.

How the popular teams are picked

National TV ratings and franchise size. Not our favorites. Sports that are in season go first.

What we don't cover (yet)

Local and regional TV changes by ZIP code, so we list it but don't price it. We don't model every blackout, we ignore teaser prices, and games without a network show as TBA until one is announced.

How we make money

"Get" buttons go straight to each provider. Some may turn into affiliate links that pay us a small cut. Right now none do, and a cut will never change which combo we tell you is cheapest.
